Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on Slot99. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds and permanent account closure.

Deposits are credited to your Slot99 PHP wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Slot99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems, bank processing times, or network issues outside of our control.

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in your name, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Slot99 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error should be reported to support immediately — recovery is not guaranteed once funds have been wagered.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Slot99 PHP wallet are processed back to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.

Before your first withdrawal — and at other times at Slot99's discretion — you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submitting a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in your account wallet section. Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or e-wallet provider's processing times.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown during the withdrawal process.
• Slot99 reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts above internal thresholds.
• Withdrawals to accounts not in your name will not be processed.

Betting Rules

Placing a bet on Slot99 constitutes a binding agreement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules.

• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded — due to technical issues or data errors — may be voided at Slot99's discretion.
• In the event of a system error during gameplay, bets and game outcomes affected by the error may be voided. Slot99's decision in such cases is final.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and change in real time. Bets accepted before a suspension takes effect remain valid unless the underlying event is voided.
• Slot99 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all virtual game outcomes. Results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by prior outcomes.
